We are based in Rock, close to Wadebridge in North Cornwall, right in the centre of what has become a world class region for visitors. The holiday options here range from traditional bed and breakfasts, to palatial hotels, and everything in between.
Rock lies at the mouth of the Camel Estuary, a region that takes in Polzeath, Padstow and Wadebridge as well, a little North Cornwall tourist information is very useful, and The Estuary Directory, contains events and guides to the area. It also has a bit of useful detail on Port Isaac, just outside the estuary radius, but an essential stop off when you visit.
Although this is an outstanding place to make a vacation destination, there are other spots worth exploring in the county. Cornwall holidays offer an enormous variety, and grow in diversity with each year. Truro is a beautiful city with history, character, and good shopping centre, St. Ives is the epitome of a Cornish fishing port, with a long tradition in art, encompassed today by the Tate Gallery, and Falmouth is packed full of maritime heritage. All of these locations also have excellent restaurants and bars as well.
